Meet RedLeaf

"RedLeaf Properties a visionary firm that treats developments as more than just 'projects' -- they seek to create properties that are sustainable and well-loved by the community"

- Dr. Richard Rhodes, President of Austin Community College

WHO WE ARE

RedLeaf Properties is an Austin-based real estate developer focused on projects that deliver significant community benefit. Formed in 2009, RedLeaf takes a creative, entrepreneurial approach to development. We excel at working in partnership with public entities to create large-scale, mixed-use projects that include vibrant commercial districts and inviting residential neighborhoods. Our projects are known for creating remarkable experiences, setting new standards for sustainability, and delivering tangible and intangible value for the full range of project stakeholders.

WHAT MAKES OUR PROJECTS UNIQUE?

EXPERIENCES

Places are defined by the way people experience them, and we are committed to creating places that deliver unique, vibrant experiences. This means tailoring a mix of uses to meet the needs of a local community, incorporating significant public spaces, making room for planned events, adding the opportunity for discovery, and maintaining a human scale that encourages interaction and walkability.

VALUE CREATION

Unlocking the value of underutilized real estate is at the heart of everything we do, and our projects consistently create value for owners, investors, and development partners. Just as importantly, however, we look for opportunities to enhance the surrounding area, improve the lives of people and business that will inhabit our projects, and support the broader community. And we approach financial return and community benefit not as conflicting goals, but as allies, each able to enhance the other throughout the life of a project.

HEALTH AND SUSTAINABILITY

We recognize that a truly sustainable project needs to go far beyond energy efficiency and water conservation. True sustainability includes supporting regional development goals, encouraging economic growth through partnerships with government and businesses, and fostering cultural and economic diversity. A truly sustainable place also enables healthy lifestyles by facilitating outdoor activities and encouraging automobile alternatives.
