RedLeaf & ACC Project Wins ULI Austin 2015 Impact Award for Innovation

The Urban Land Institute has a strong national reputation for its awards in support of transformational land use developments, best real estate practices, and creative visioning. Award criteria go beyond good design, and also include leadership, contribution to the community, innovation, environmental sensitively, and financial viability. ULI award winners represent the highest standards of achievement in the real estate development industry.

The Innovation award recognized originality and creativity in several aspects of development such as design, placemaking, supporting use of public transit, green techniques, financing (including public/private partnerships), innovative land use and/or community planning, or other inventive features.
