​​​BOB LIVERMAN
DIRECTOR OF DEVELOPMENT

Bob Liverman is the Director of Development at RedLeaf, LLC, and is responsible for infrastructure development and entitlement. Bob manages the infrastructure permitting, design, and construction for the transformation of Highland Mall.

Prior to joining RedLeaf Bob formed the Liverman Company which provided Project Management and Owner Representation Services for land use and infrastructure for the Gottesman Company and various other third-party clients. Bob has been responsible for some of the most significant and complicated infrastructure projects in
Austin including:

• Metric Center
• Tech. Ridge
• DELL Parmer Lane Campus
• DELL Round Rock Campus
• Cabela’s in Buda Texas

Prior to the Liverman Company, Bob was the Director of Land Development at the Trammell Crow Company where he provided project management for land use and infrastructure. A partial list of projects under Bob’s direct management include:

• The Arboretum
• North Loop Business Park
• Golden Triangle
• Barton Creek Plaza

Bob began his career working for the City of Austin in the Urban Transportation Department, followed by a stint with the Public Works and Engineering Department, where he served as the Assistant City Engineer.
