OUR PROJECTS
Current and past projects undertaken by RedLeaf and its leadership team extend from the adaptive reuse and redevelopment of Austin’s iconic Highland Mall to the development of the $1 billion Spanish Oaks mixed-use community. RedLeaf team members also led the redevelopment of Austin’s Robert Mueller Municipal Airport, creating a thriving mixed-use community that is now widely considered the City of Austin’s most successful public-private venture.
