Meet RedLeaf

"RedLeaf Properties is a visionary firm that treats developments as more than just 'projects' -- they seek to create properties that are sustainable and well-loved by the community"

- Dr. Richard Rhodes, President and CEO of Austin Community College

WHO WE ARE

RedLeaf Properties is an Austin-based real estate developer focused on projects that deliver significant community benefit. Formed in 2009, RedLeaf takes a creative, entrepreneurial approach to development. We excel at working in partnership with public entities to create large-scale, mixed-use projects that include vibrant commercial districts and inviting residential neighborhoods. Our projects are known for creating remarkable experiences, setting new standards for sustainability, and delivering tangible and intangible value for the full range of project stakeholders.

THE TEAM

Averaging two decades of experience, members of the RedLeaf leadership team have developed projects that collectively include more than five million square feet of space, with a total value of more than $4 billion.
