​​​BRYAN KAMINSKI
SENIOR VICE PRESIDENT

Bryan serves as SVP and Project Executive of RedLeaf with a focus on sourcing and executing development and acquisition opportunities.

Currently, Bryan is primarily responsible for overseeing planning and development activity at Highland the transit-oriented redevelopment of a former shopping mall in Central Austin. Once completed, the unique public-private venture will transform over 81 acres of infill land and consist of nearly 4 million square feet of education,
residential, office and retail space.

Bryan previously held the position of vice president at Live Oak Gottesman where he conducted underwriting, financial analysis and coordinated due diligence for over $325 million in prospective office, industrial and retail projects.

Prior to that, Bryan was an associate at Inland Public Properties Development where he contributed to the sourcing, underwriting and execution of over $170 million in acquisitions and development.
