Working in conjunction with co-developer, Live Oak Gottesman, RedLeaf engaged
with the Tenant early in the process to ensure delivery conditions and objectives were clearly understood and could be completed on an accelerated timetable. Through good communication and a first-class construction and consultant team, the project was completed both under budget and ahead of schedule.
